you agree to follow our Terms of Service. If you do not

not use this site. The Kennywood Connection reserves the
right, to modify, alter or update the Terms of Service
at any time with little or no prior warning.
We provide this
page for informational and entertainment purposes only.
A place for Kennywood fans and non-fans alike to come
and browse through information about the park and talk
about different topics through our message board or
"forum" system. In providing this website or "service"
we ask that you follow some simple guidelines, these
guidelines, most of which encompassing the message
boards, would include but are not limited to: Abusing
the site and/or forum in any way, using foul or
offensive language towards anyone, bashing park
employees, management, maintenance and all other persons
associated with Kennywood Park or the Kennywood
Entertainment Company, bashing other members in any way.
Bashing includes but is not limited to using racial
slurs, hasty objections to personal opinion, bad
mouthing other members and employees, management, etc.
Any member found in violation of these terms will be
warned and if violations continue be banned from the
forum and/or accessing the site. If you are replying to
an opinionated topic in the forums please keep your
responses as your own opinion and refrain from violating
these terms.

images contained on this site are property of Kennywood
Connection, please do not reproduce, copy, alter, link
to or from any pages contained within this site without
the consent of Kennywood Connection. Images from
Kennywood Park, or Kennywood Entertainment Co. including
but not limited to rides, buildings, park photos and
graphics like the Kennywood Arrow remain the sole
property of the Kennywood Entertainment Co. and/or their
respective owners do not copy or use these images in any
way shape or form.
Any information you
voluntarily offer us (name, email address) is recorded,
this would include but is not limited to register for
the message board. You are in no way obligated to
provide us with such information. Any information
collected is never rented or sold to other parties.
Cookies are used in the forums for the purpose of
letting visitors know of any new posts since their last
visit and if enabled by the user to store the users user
name and password for forum access.
In accordance with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA),
we are not permitted by law to collect any information
for any persons under the age of 13 without parental
consent. Please do not register if you are under 13
years of age.
