1. Is Kennywood Connection associated with Kennywood Park or the
Kennywood Entertainment Company?
No, KPConnection has no affiliation with Kennywood Entertainment
Company, Kennywood Park, or any other properties owned by Kennywood.
Kennywood Connection is a site by fans for fans.
2. Can I use images from Kennywood
Connection on my site?
Images contained on this site are property of Kennywood Connection and
are protected by copyright laws, if you wish to use any image contained
on this site please
contact
us with your request. Photos of the park are property
of their respective owners, namely Kennywood, and we therefor cannot
grant permission for others to use these images. We have obtained
permission from Kennywood to use these images.
3. Why can't I view all the sections of
the forums?
At this time we only permit registered members to view our forums,
this is for a number of reasons. It is free to register an account with
us.
4. I though this site was non-profit, so
why do you ask for donations and sell things?
Yes, we are a totally not-for-profit site and yes we occasionally ask
for donations and sell things! Unfortunately, keeping this site running
is not free, we have to pay for many things like bandwidth, storage
space and our name. Any money we recieve via donations and/or sales goes
strictly to our fees to keep the site running, if any money is left over
it goes to purchase contest items (i.e. funday passes) to giveaway on
this site. Simply put any money the site makes goes right back into it,
if there is still left over money it will be donated to a local charity.
5. Can I link to Kennywood Connection?
Absolutely! If you wish to link to our site link to the main page
http://www.kpconnection.com. We also offer different banner sizes for
your page if you wish to use one, these are below:
6. Can Kennywood Connection
link to my site?
We would be happy to link to your site. To add your link
click
here and navigate into the proper category (the add
site link is at the bottom). The only thing we require is a reciprocal
link to KPConnection (you must have our link prior to adding your link).
However we reserve the right to remove your link from our database if we
feel your site does not meet our guidelines of content, performance and
navigational ability.
7. Can Kennywood Connection donate
tickets to our organization?
Kennywood Connection is not affiliated with Kennywood Park or the
Kennywood Entertainment Company. We do not have the resources to donate
items (tickets or other novelty items) to any organization. We don't
mean to sound blunt but we simply do not have the resources to donate
any items. On occasion one or more of our message board members have
extra tickets they simply do not want, you can view our message boards
to find out if any member is currently offering tickets. Inquiries about
ticket donations or other park items should be directed to Kennywood's
PR Director, Mary Lou Rosemeyer, you can email
