riders on a journey through local history as well as a great view of the
Monongahela River, Kiddieland and the Picnic Pavilions.

It was
built for the 1926 Philadelphia Sesqui-Centennial Exposition, but was
not finished on time, and was purchased by Kennywood. This magnificent
Carousel has been completely refurbished for the 2004 season, and will
continue to thrill several more generations.

A
Kennywood classic, generic name "The Flying Coaster". The Kangaroo takes
riders around and around and up a small incline. This ride is the last
of its kind in the world.

The
oldest flat ride in the park. The Whip features 16 two person cars that
are rotated around a rectangular platform, at each end of the ride
riders experience a Whip-like action, thus where the ride got its name.

horseless carriage, one of the many fun ways to spend a day at Kennywood.

the Turtle has remained a Kennywood classic, as well as one of the few
remaining in the world.
